Why these live here

The Kindle edition contains the full text — every chapter, every script, every decision framework. What a screen cannot contain is the writing space.

The paperback binds these worksheets in at the back, because pages that exist to be written on should be paper. If you have the reading edition, print the ones you need and work alongside them. Nothing is held back.

Free · Seven emails

The first ninety days, as they happen.

Seven short emails timed to the moments they are about, not to a weekly schedule. The announcement window at day three. The boundary drift at two weeks. “You’ve changed” at sixty days, which is usually when it gets said.

Written for the promotion from within. You do not need the book to use them.

  • Day 0 — Decide what you will not promise
  • Day 3 — The announcement window is shorter than you think
  • Day 7 — Talk to the person who wanted your job first
  • Day 14 — Boundaries don’t break, they drift
  • Day 30 — The friend penalty runs both ways
  • Day 60 — “You’ve changed”
  • Day 90 — What you should be able to see by now

Double opt-in — you will get one email asking you to confirm, and nothing else until you do. Seven emails over ninety days, then it stops. Unsubscribe from any of them.

The Peer-to-Manager Workbook

Fourteen chapters across the first ninety days, with thirty-one scripts for the conversations nobody prepares you for — starting with the person who wanted your job.
